1. General Overview & Acceptance

These Terms of Service oversee all transactions, browsing, and custom commissions conducted on aadun.co, operated by ÀÁDÙN (& Co.). By accessing our platform, commissioning a spatial formulation, or purchasing goods, you agree to be bound by these provisions.

2. Artisanal Nature & Formulation Variations

Our perfume oils, botanical teas, and spatial vessels are compounded by hand without industrial synthetic homogenizers or artificial colorants:

• Botanical Seasonality: Harvest variations in harvest seasons, natural resins, and floral crops may introduce subtle natural shifts in hue or viscosity between batches. This is characteristic of authentic botanical formulation, not a manufacturing flaw.
• Amber Glassware: Heavy-base amber flacons and jars are individual glass objects. Subtle micro-variations in glass thickness or tactile rim finish are intrinsic to artisanal packaging.

3. Custom & Bespoke Commissions

Because bespoke reed diffusers, candles, and room sprays are custom-compounded to order based on individual scent selections:

• Once an order is confirmed and compounding commences in our Lagos studio, custom formulations cannot be cancelled or modified.
• Under our Returns Policy, opened or custom-compounded vessels are strictly non-refundable due to hygiene standards and personalized compounding specifications.

4. Pricing, Accuracy & Currency

All orders are transacted in Nigerian Naira (₦ / NGN) unless an international currency toggle is officially provided via Shopify checkout. We reserve the right to revise catalog prices without prior notice. In the event of an inadvertent typographical pricing error, ÀÁDÙN reserves the right to decline or cancel any acquisition entered at the incorrect valuation.

5. Fulfillment, Dispatch & Title

Studio processing typically requires 1–3 business days. Delivery timelines estimated at checkout are subject to local logistics circumstances:

• Lagos Courier Transit: Dedicated dispatch couriers handle door-to-door delivery. Risk of loss passes to the client upon confirmed receipt from the rider.
• Damage in Transit: If a heavy amber vessel is damaged during shipment, written photographic evidence must be transmitted to hello@aadun.co or our WhatsApp concierge within 48 hours of confirmed delivery to qualify for a complimentary replacement.

6. Intellectual Property & Brand Archival Rights

All content on aadun.co—including olfactory naming structures, Yoruba cultural narrative copy, product formulas, editorial imagery, and custom Liquid design layouts—remains the exclusive intellectual property of ÀÁDÙN (& Co.). Unauthorized reproduction, commercial distribution, or competitive imitation is strictly prohibited.

7. Safe Botanical Usage Disclaimer

Our perfume oils are concentrated botanical extracts intended strictly for external topical use. Our whole-leaf teas are formulated for standard culinary infusion. If you are pregnant, nursing, or possess identified botanical allergies, consult a healthcare professional before use. Conduct a small 24-hour patch test prior to full topical application. ÀÁDÙN assumes no liability for adverse reactions arising from individual plant sensitivities or product misuse.

8. Governing Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any legal disputes arising out of your acquisition or use of the service shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Lagos State, Nigeria.
