Because our pure botanical perfume oils and whole-leaf botanical teas are intimately personal goods formulated without artificial preservatives, items cannot be restocked once dispatched from the studio.
Transit Breakage or Dispatch Discrepancies
Our heavy-base amber glass vessels are built for protection, but if your package arrives compromised during transit:
- Notify our studio team within 48 hours of delivery.
- Send clear photographs of the transit box, packing slip, and damaged vessel to orders@aadun.co or message our studio concierge via WhatsApp.
- A replacement bottle or jar will be prepared and dispatched promptly at no additional cost.
Exchanges & Discovery Sets
Skin chemistry interacts uniquely with pure, alcohol-free botanicals. If you are exploring our scent archive for the first time, we strongly encourage starting with our Discovery Sets prior to acquiring full-size vessels, as opened bottles cannot be exchanged.
